This was a gorgeous flat and had everything we needed. Pierre especially was so responsive and incredibly generous in helping me out with some extra things. Great stay overall, would highly recommend!
The spacious holiday home has 3 bedrooms, a TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and 4 bathrooms with an a bath or shower.
Also wij could easily find supermarkets and cafe. The appartment is spacious and clean, with twee bathrooms and AC which is quite important to us especially in Summer. Wij would definitely come again and recommend.
Fans were provided in all rooms which helped keep the temperature comfortable in the summer. There was a narrow spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom and twee spacious bedrooms on the main level. Great stay for our family!

My daughter and I spent 5 days with Lydie and Phan over Christmas. From Charle een Gaulles airport, the apartment can be reached quickly within 40-50 minutes with only 1x change. Lydie kindly asked a friend to hand over the key to us.
Shops and eetgelegenheden may be a little thinner on the ground in August when locals traditionally head out of the city. Cooler temperatures and rain may creep in aan the winter, but snow kan zijn rare. In the lead up to Christmas, towering trees and magnificent department store windows are a big attraction, while the major post-holiday sales — les soldes — are a Paris stalwart which also run once more in the summer.
Excellent stay in this house wij were with my family, a group ofwel 10 people, and we were very comfortable large spaces to share, many bathrooms all the spaces well cared for, comfortable beds, has good collectivity in the center of Paris, being equally a quiet area to spend a few days. I would go to this place again the next time I visit Paris

Stayed 2wks and the location was within walking distance to many websites and close to the metro. Lots ofwel eetgelegenheden and shops all around. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Wij had no issues and had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back in the future.
